Hi, I'm Kimberly, your certified health coach! I am passionate about all things related to health: diet, exercise, nutrition, taste (life is too short!), stress management, detox, food science, and more. I specialize in helping clients find the healthy lifestyle that is right for them, rather than pushing them into a one-size-fits-all plan.
